What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect your name, email address, company, the kind of project you have in mind, your budget and timing, and any message you choose to write. Nothing else is requested and no account is created.

Project files and correspondence are kept separately, in the tools we use to run client work.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used to reply to you, prepare a proposal and plan a first conversation. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to build a marketing profile.

If you subscribe to the journal, your email address is used for that and nothing else, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to client work are kept for as long as French accounting rules require.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses privacy-friendly, cookieless visitor analytics. No tracking cookies are set, no cross-site identifier is created, and no data is passed to advertising networks.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased where we are not legally required to keep it. We respond to requests within thirty days.
